Digital Marketing Skills Workshop - delivered by Google

As a part of Google's Manchester Garage, the MEC is delighted to host two workshops to give your digital marketing skills a tune-up.

Tell Your Story Online - Workshop 1, 12pm-1pm The first step towards making the most of the internet is to show off the best of your business online.

Reach New Customers Online - Workshop 2, 1pm-2pm Take the next step and make your business more visible online so that new customers can find you.

Keir McConomy: Founder of sellmymobile.com, lovesales.com, iMend.com

Wednesday 24th February 2016, 12:05-13:00 in Alumni Clubroom, Ground Floor, Manchester Business School West (next to cafe opposite main doors).

Keir started his first online business in 2002 from his spare room with no money and built into a multi-million pound company. His current business is www.iMend.com. At this event Keir will share with you the inside story of how he got started and the lessons he has learnt on the way.

The Manchester Enterprise School 2016

Monday 4th to Thursday 7th July 2016.

This four day residential school aims to increase the employability of Ph.D. students and research staff by improving their enterprise skills in a highly interactive, group working environment.

Open to all Ph.D. students or research staff from any faculty
